Redstick Watch Group LLC (“RWG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a private internal business application used to manage watch inventory, sales, expenses, customer records, and accounting workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information when connected to QuickBooks Online.

Information We Access

When an authorized Redstick Watch Group user connects QuickBooks Online, the application may access accounting information necessary to support RWG’s business operations, including:

• QuickBooks company information
• Chart of accounts and account identifiers
• Customers and related accounting identifiers
• Sales transactions and sales receipts
• Inventory-related accounting entries
• Expense and cost information
• Journal entries
• Other accounting information necessary to synchronize RWG transactions with QuickBooks

The application does not access QuickBooks information for advertising, marketing, resale, or unrelated purposes.

How We Use Information

QuickBooks information is used only to support Redstick Watch Group’s internal accounting and business operations, including:

• Recording watch inventory cost basis
• Recording watch sales
• Recording cost of goods sold
• Recording platform, payment, shipping, insurance, authentication, and other sale-related expenses
• Reconciling RWG operational records with QuickBooks
• Maintaining accurate accounting records

Sharing of Information

Redstick Watch Group does not sell QuickBooks data or personal information.

Information may be processed through service providers necessary to operate the application, including Google Workspace and Google Apps Script, QuickBooks Online and Intuit, and other service providers specifically authorized by Redstick Watch Group.

We do not make QuickBooks information available to third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

RWG uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect business and accounting information.

QuickBooks OAuth credentials and authorization tokens used by the application are stored in secured application properties and are not intentionally displayed in public spreadsheets or public-facing pages.

Access to the RWG application is limited to authorized users.

Data Retention and Disconnection

Accounting records may be retained as necessary for legitimate business, bookkeeping, tax, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

If QuickBooks authorization is revoked or disconnected, the application will stop using that authorization to retrieve new QuickBooks information.

OAuth credentials and connection information may be removed when the QuickBooks connection is disconnected.

Your Choices

Authorized RWG users may disconnect QuickBooks access through the RWG application or through their Intuit/QuickBooks account.
